Michael Paul Lewison, age 20, of Kingston passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at his home. He was born August 16, 2005, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and lived in Ware, Massachusetts from 2006-2018 before moving to Roane County in 2019.
Michael was a ‘2023 graduate of Roane County High School. He loved animals, the Holidays, and going on family annual trips throughout the US (to the extent people thought we lived in our cars). He loved and took great care of his mother and his pets.
He brought joy and happiness to his friends and loved ones. He was looking forward to becoming an uncle. He will be sorely missed by all.

Michael is preceded in death by his grandparents, Hank & Agnes Lewison, and Paul & amp; Bernice Sharbaugh.
He is survived by his loving parents, Thomas Michael & Mary Paulette “Paulie” Lewison of Kingston; his brother, Steven Alexander Lewison of Kingston and Steven’s fiancé, Kissa Johnson of Oak Ridge.

Services will be held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Farragut, TN at 2:00 pm on February 21 st . Burial will follow at Pleasant Forest Cemetery in Farragut, TN. Online register book can be signed at www.FrakerFuneralHome.net. Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston in charge of arrangements.
