Michael Hallcox

Michael Don Hallcox, age 67, of Kingston passed away Monday, December 30, 2024 at his home.  He was born December 15, 1957 in Harriman.  He moved to Chicago at the age of ten and was a graduate of Carl Shurz High School in Chicago.   Michael worked as a butcher in Chicago for over thirty years before retiring and moving back to Kingston to be close to his family.  He enjoyed woodworking in his spare time and especially loved watching his grandson play hockey.  Preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Wilma Hallcox; sister, Jennifer Hallcox.

Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, January 17, 2025 at Fraker Funeral Home in Kingston.  In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to your local animal shelter.  Online register book can be signed at www.frakerfuneralhome.net .  Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston in charge of arrangements.
