Leslie Simpson, age 61, of Kingston passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at her home.  She was born November 22, 1963 in Cheyenne, Wyoming and was a retired registered nurse.  She attended Victory Baptist Church as long as her health permitted.  She enjoyed doing religious crafts, making wreaths and mosaic art, also woodworking and reclaiming furniture.  Leslie loved the outdoors, taking trips to the lake, hiking, horseback riding, dancing, and was an avid coin collector.   She had a great passion for animals, especially dogs and horses.  Leslie studied astrology and enjoyed reading horoscopes.  She was very proud of her sons and loved them very much.  She also had a great relationship with the Lord.  Preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Rosemary Townsend

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Smokehouse Bar & Grill in Kingston. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Kingston Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm.  Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston is in charge of arrangements.
