Donna Lou Palmer

Donna Lou Hayes Palmer, age 74, of Harriman passed away Tuesday evening, March 17, 2026 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.  She was born October 5, 1951 in Jenkins, Kentucky. Donna attended Liberty Baptist Church whenever her health permitted and enjoyed gospel music, reading and watching television. She also loved being around people and making them feel special.  Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Palmer; parents, George & Melba Hayes.

The family will receive friends 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Sunday, March 22, 2026, at New Life Church of The Nazarene, located at 200 Lafayette Drive, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.  Funeral service will follow the visitation at 4:00 pm, with Rev. Randy Griffis and Rev. Keith Robinson officiating.
