Billy Ray Forrester Obituary
Billy Ray Forrester, age 75, of Kingston,TN passed away peacefully on October 7th, 2024 at Roane Medical Center. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church since 1989.
To know Bill, was to know a jokester. He enjoyed fishing, scratching lottery tickets, going to the casino (and getting lost there), plus pestering his friends and family. He was always silly and everyone that knew him loved him greatly. He did not want anyone to make a fuss about him so that is why there will not be any services being held. Bill had a heart of gold but he also loved to stir the pot. He loved to laugh and the world will be a little bit quieter without him here.
He was the baby of a family of 14 and did he ever use that to his advantage. He will greatly be missed by all. While he did not have any children of his own, he was everyone in the family's favorite crazy wild Uncle.
He is survived by a special niece, Lisa (Travis) Martin of Kingston and their children- Anthony (Amber) Noland of Ohio, Trinity (Michael) Martin of Harriman, and Jack (Jessika) Martin of Kingston.
He is also survived by his brothers Tom (Judy) Forrester of Kingston, Frank Forrester of Richmond, Indiana, and sister Peggy (Tommy) Edmonds of Rockwood and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is also survived by his best friend and pastor, Bro. Randy Griffis. He was preceded in death by his parents, majority of his siblings, and many other family members (way too many to name). He truly was one of a kind!
No services will be held at this time. Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston is honored to serve the family of Billy Ray Forrester.
