Glenn William Black, age 57, of Kingston passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Roane Medical Center. He was born November 14, 1954 in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Black had worked as a park manager for Roane County Park. He had also worked as a forester for Bowater. Preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Lois Black. SURVIVORS Son Will Black of Kingston Granddaughter Abigail Black of Kingston Sister Brenda Steiner of Savannah, Georgia Brother Fred Black, Sr. of Raleigh, North Carolina Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced by Fraker Funeral Home. Online register book can be signed at www.frakerfuneralhome.net .
